Rahib is the creator and director of all things RTZ (Productions, Builds, R&R, etc.). His dance career started in college and he's been on multiple dance organizations since then such as Mason Ke Rang, Saaya, The SAPAN Institute, The Watchlist Dance Co., Rhythmaya, and Studio Dhoom. While being the director of RTZ, Rahib fulfills the roles of dancer, choreographer, videographer, editor, social media planner, and graphic designer. He has a wide variety of interests and hobbies ranging from the performing arts to anime to model kits and honestly he just wants to rant and ramble on and on about them. It's a good thing he started a podcast!

Wife of R&R's host, Rahib,  and RTZ's #1 supporter, Areeba loves FRIENDS, anime, mukbangs, her dogs, and honestly anything cute. Her dance experience includes Mason Ke Rang, Saaya, and The SAPAN Institute. While on RTZ Productions, Areeba performs multiple roles including dancer, choreographer, make up artist, and photographer. She is also frequently featured on unboxing and haul videos on the RTZ Builds channel, especially if they feature mystery boxes!

Prithvi is one of Rahib's oldest and dearest friends. From high school to college to various dance teams, these two have been through thick and thin. As a fellow dancer, choreographer, and cinephile, Prithvi brings his own perspective to the conversation of the visual arts. Prithvi's interests include Godzilla, N.E.R.D., Kaytranada, and traveling the world.

Tuhin is the man behind the camera in almost all RTZ shoots. He brings his love and expertise of camera gear to the field and always makes sure to get the right shot. The love for the visual arts seems to run in the family as he is the older cousin of Rahib. Tuhin's interest includes Linkin Park, DC Comics, and all types of coffee.
